I just returned from a walk and some exercise in a nearby park.

I was reminded of a story.

A teacher was in a park with a student and they were discussing some things. At one point the teacher got up and went over to a tree. He put his arms around the tree and held it tightly. The student just looked on fascinated.

Suddenly the teacher said, "Help. The tree has got me!"
